The session titled 'Going Beyond Citrix Director with MetrixInsight, SCOM, and SCOM-AI GPT' demonstrated the potential of these combined technologies in enhancing Citrix monitoring beyond the capabilities of Citrix Director.

During the session, we presented how the integration of MetrixInsight, SCOM, and the new SCOM-AI GPT feature could provide a more streamlined approach for detecting and resolving Citrix platform-related issues. The SCOM-AI GPT, powered by OpenAI ChatGPT, was shown as a tool that could aid IT teams in diagnosing issues occurring in their Citrix SBC or VDI stack.

The session served as a platform to display the practicality and application of our SCOM-AI GPT with GripMatix SCOM MPs for Citrix monitoring. We are eager to see how these advancements will continue to aid IT teams in their Citrix monitoring tasks.
